December 8 to 14

As a result of labour action between the unions and the Québec government, all elementary and high schools as well as adult and vocational classes will be cancelled on those five days.

School Closures - Please note that:

  • The EMSB only announces school  closures .
  • School closures will be announced via email, automated phone call and on our social media. We also relay this information to local media (radio and television).
  • The EMSB 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 announce if schools will remain open. If you do not hear from the EMSB, then schools are open that day.
  • The EMSB will not answer private messages regarding school closures.
